mixed feelings about this hotel

small room inconsistent housekeeping

I stayed for several nights and found the room smaller than expected. the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable setting. breakfast was not excellent. The options were limited, and it felt somewhat basic (especially when i was expecting more variety). the housekeeping was inconsistent, and on a few days, the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. i found better value at other places.

good location helpful staff perfect advice

the hotel is in a good location close to hagia sophia. the reception staff are helpful and friendly. i got good advice . everything was perfect.

the breakfast was very basic and not good. service was lacking. i skipped it a few days. i asked for water before going out one day, but the food counter lady said there wasn't any.

ideal location airport transfer tasty breakfast

The location allowed me to easily walk to major historical sites. mustafa helped organize airport transfers and provided useful information. breakfast offered tasty homemade items. This gave a good start to each day. the front desk operated 24/7.

the absence of a kettle and complimentary water in the room was a slight inconvenience. i expected these amenities, especially considering similar hotels i have visited. i had to purchase bottled water.
